Where can a paralyzed person go on vacation that is wheelchair accessable? What about going to Egypt?

My friend wants to travel to Egypt and see the paramids … I take it there but I don 't know which would be accessible to an electric wheelchair? Do you also would like to know if there are other nice places to take someone on vacation using a wheelchair? Money is not really a problem. Can someone give us some ideas? My friend had just stopped by 2 years and this would be first vacation together leading … Thanks!

   Egypt seemed about 50 years behind the western world in terms of wheelchair access. I don’t think I saw one person there in a wheelchair to be honest. Sorry to say it, but you’ll go through hell.
