You should at least get some information about trips to Fiji before you book. The Fiji Islands will blow your mind and they are a lot cheaper when compared to other watered down cookie cutter resorts.

Here are some great Honeymoon Ideas in Fiji All Under $1,000
Fiji is a great place to go with exotic sights and is pure Paradise.

Here Is About 50 Trips To Fiji

Hope this helps

If you're going in the early summer, the Caribbean would be nice. However, if you plan on going after about mid-July I would not recommend you go since the hurricane season can be unpredictable. We went to Puerto Rico last summer and were (thankfully) unaffected, but we also only made our reservations 3 weeks in advance. Of course, you can always go to the ABC islands (Aruba, Bonaire and Curacao), since they're hardly ever hit by hurricanes. We just got back from Aruba and enjoyed it greatly.

Hawaii is a good option, but I would only recommend it if you're on the west coast. It's a 7 or 8 hour flight from LAX to Hawaii, and if you're only going for like 5 days that's a bit of a haul.
