Since you want to cruise from Mobile you should first check out the web site for that Mobile cruise port:

It has a schedule for all cruises leaving from there. It appears that Carnival Cruise line is the only one cruising from Mobile. There is a link on the Mobil web page to Carnival so you can look at what is available.

You may want to also consider New Orleans as a departure port and give yourself more options. Both Carnival and Norwegian have cruises leaving from NO.:

A third option would be Port Canaveral, Fl. it has cruises by Carnival, Royal Caribbean and Disney:

You can shop for cruises on the cruise line web sites. They have all of the information you need on them, or you can shop on line and then get a travel agent (their services are free). The cruise line web sites also have specials listed that you should look at.
