What is the best and cheapest warm place to vacation?

I am thinking about using up some of my vacation days, but I’d rather not spend a lot of money, any suggestions?
I live in Vermont!

    Cuba is pretty cheap at about $1800 american but its not legal if you’re american. Jamaica is nice and for around $1400 a week its 25 degrees celsius (72 farenheit) daily. Note all prices are for an all inclusive package.

    Corpus Christi, Texas is relatively warm right now, you may want to wait til march for it though, but hotels and resorts are pretty cheap, yet really nice. Port aransas (which is in corpus) has beautiful beaches, nice sand dunes, and the sun rises just over the horizon! =]

    You need to be more specific of where you live.
    I am centrally located in the US. We drive to Corpis Cristi in Texas & sometimes Brownsville . But we also have a motor home & we save on staying in a resort.

    join the army and get an all expense paid trip to baghdad

    or try phuket, if you can afford the airfare, it’s really cheap once you get there

    or head south of the border, down mehico way. or are you in the UK?

    I’m assuming you’re from the US. You’d probably say holiday instead of vacation if you were from one of the commonwealth nations

    Mexico is usually pretty cheap
    -Cancun
    -Puerto Vallarta
    -Cabo San Lucas
    -Playa Del Carmen
    Most of their vacations are very affordable and its warm!
