What is a good cheap vacation in the United States that consists of hotel stays and amusement parks?

I 'm planning to take my girlfriend on vacation this summer for our anniversary one year, but I don' t know where I go. I have a budget, i 'm making only about $ 1200 per month and has only about $ 300 saved date now. I take it somewhere that can preferably lead, I'm in Pennsylvania. Anyone have any suggestions, or had some good holidays themselves? Thanks a lot.
