What are the best locations for a girls only vacation?

I want to plan a vacation for my Aunt (57) and myself to go on (24). We have been to San Franciso and the tourist attractions and shopping was very fun! Are there any other locations that would be fun for two girls travelling who love to shop and take in the scenery? We’re from Boston, so warm weather is top on the list. Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Lots to do; shopping, theaters, the beach, amusement park (This is the last year the Pavilion will be open) and if you like history, Charleston is just 100 south.
