How much vacation time does the average pharmacist have?

Its for a research paper about pharmacy. I tried to look for the vacation time, but couldn’t find it. Please help.

   It depends on the company.
   I know that at my company the vacation is the same as the other employees. They get 1 week every year after 1 year, then 2 weeks per year after 3 years, 3 weeks a year after 5 years (with the option to bank some of those days), and I believe they get 4 weeks after 10 years, but I’m not totally sure.
