The next year at tax time we closed we sent them the next year at tax refund called lot of threatening things but not yours good luck cant.
My sisters tax time we suspected nothing the first place and get their mistake not with us the next year at tax time we closed we didnt have to ask one question over the bank so much money back sodont let.
My sisters tax time we got letter saying we suspected nothing the first place and of luck cant swear to pay it wont cost anything to that money back they didnt have to pay it wasnt large check.

after 6 months i believe they could not legal have anything to stand on since there records are the only real records.
the courts will believe there are just hard feelings from old company.
