Can’t flag down a taxi there, I know. Try this site:

Look at your receipt with Southwest, does it show transportation to the hotel? Call Southwest and let them know what happened and see how they can help.

Your hotel is approximately 5 1/2 miles from the airport. A taxi to your hotel should cost about $17 + tip
This should actually be your easiest way to get from the airport to Riviera unless you are a Vegas local and know how to use the local bus service.

I would phone them and mention about the transport, You could be waiting forever for a reply to Your email. I am sure it will have been included ,just accidentally omitted from the paperwork. Have a great time.

Call them.
You may also want to double check your packet. On my first trip to Vegas I had the same problem. Then I saw that they were camoflauged with the “fun” coupons that they included.
It may be something you get at check-in. Some hotels offer their own transport service. Show them your itinerary, and you may be able to get on their bus.

Call the hotel beforehand and they will send a courtesy car for you. That is the best idea I have.

The bus is at the airport terminal, it will not be clearly marked with the hotel information on it. It is a private company, not the Hotel (they don’t own their own) Lower level. they are charging $5.50-$6.00 per person.
Your hotel should be able to also give you this information.
Riviera Hotel 702-734-5110 .
