We do lots of walking when we're on holiday.  It's the best way to get acquainted with the places you're visiting.  Check out our travelogues:  You could suggest some walks to your group based on what you read.  Hope you have an amazing time.</description>

As if I'm an expert:)  However, I hate to feel bloated on vacation, so I usually go for fruit or something fresh for breakfast, try to eat a healthy lunch and then eat what I want at dinner.  I don't do desserts a lot, but that's not my weakness.

Also, park far away from things and walk, swim, visit the gym in your hotel, walk on the beach.  Usually plenty of opportunities for activities.</description>
