There really is nothing in this world "FREE" I would not be bothered taking up time on vacation listening to sales people.
Find a reasonable hotel and go have fun.

Yes, they do offer those free vacations and Tahiti Village is nice, though way south of the rest of the strip. It is a time share presentation, but that doesn't take more than a couple of hours which should more than pay for the place to stay. They just built the place, so there's not a lot more known about it yet.

Also, one of the things they fail to mention is that you will not be staying at Tahiti Village. You get to stay at the New Frontier (or another dump since its closing down). Yuck, I wouldn't stay there if you paid me.

Sara

The offer is completely legit - however, what they dont tell you is that there are a lot of limitations and things you have to do to get it.

First off, you need to attend a presentation (which is nothing short of an aggressive sale pitch) to buy some sort of timeshare or property in Vegas. This will be around 2 hours or so, and very boring. You need to be someone they think is a potential buyer (that's why they like married couples).

Second, the offer is usually only good on certain weekends or weekdays and the freebies that they give you in terms of gaming chips or discounts are not exactly as they say. For instance the gaming chips have no cash value, but you can gamble them and what you win you can keep - but the actual chips they give you can NOT be cashed.

Third, you can usually find deals to vegas that are a little more expensive, but a lot less invasive that these offers. They are usually for cheaper hotels that are further from the heart of the strip. I personally do not take these offers, but they ARE completely legit and there is no scam - just a bunch of sh*t that you have to look through.

Good luck, have fun if you go, and hope this helps.

Dennis

Its a totally legit offer, you just need to sit through their 2 hour timeshare sales presentation then fend off high pressure sales guys the entire time. Tahiti Village isn't exactly in the middle of the action so you will be spending time in a car or bus to get to the strip so that is also downside. If you truly want a free room and not have to gamble for it plus have the fortitude to say "No" 300 times, then jump all over it.

My recommedation is to just pay for an inexpensive room on the strip and not deal with the timeshare vultures. You can get rooms at places like the Imperial Palace or Tropicana for $50/night midweek and save yourself the hassle plus you will be right in the middle of the action on the strip. You also wont have to spend 2 hours of your vacation listening to a sales pitch.

I've had my vacation last may in Vegas. We stayed at Tahiti Village, its a very nice place. It's a Time Share. We did not stay there for free, before I left, they don't have such offer yet. So, I don't think that it is legitimate.

they are time share sales presenttions if you can say no at the presentation take the vacation. Been to Cape Code and places on these trips and you can do well. But must say no. You also have to have a wife or partner, as there is a presentation. They do not cater to single people

Don't know about this, but do know there is no such thing as a "free" lunch.
