You could try renting someones timeshare. Listings for those would be located on Craigslist or LasVegasReviewJournal.
Otherwise, contact the casinos of your choice and let them know your needs. They will surely accommodate you.

That’s a tall order. 2 bedroom suites aren’t unheard of… it’s the “four beds” that will be tricky. Most suites in Vegas have either 2 or 3 beds altogether.
Ballys has a “Grand Parlor Suite” that has a King size bed in the bedroom and a queen-sized murphy bed in the living room AND you can get it with an additional connecting room with 2 beds (pending availability of course).
You can get more info here:
I don’t think they let you book it online, but it’s best to call for that anyway, so you can make sure your needs are met.
And they are not cheap. If you’re looking for economy, you might be better off getting two standard rooms instead.
Sorry I don’t know anything about available condos/timeshares.

A 2 BR suite is going to cost you a small fortune(if you care) . You could save a lot of money by booking adjoing rooms with 2 queen beds in each.
Try this place, we stay with them for a week or two each year. >The Orleans rooms are 450sq ft and very nice. They will price match the best rate you can find for their hotel.

We go to LV 2-3 times a year for 2 or more weeks at a time, and have for over 20 years. The Orleans is one of our favorite places to stay.

The two bedroom has a room with a king size bed, a room with a queen size murphy bed and a living room with a sleeper sofa. It has two bathrooms and a kitchen so you save money on food. The rates are less than the hotels and it is on the strip next to the Aladdin and across from the Monte Carlo. If no one can share a bed, you can get a studio along with the two bedroom
